Refund policy
We’re happy to replace any items that are damaged during shipping within 30 days of the time you receive your order.
We do not offer refunds on purchases. Farrow products are made to order and shipped directly to you from our production facility. That means you will always receive the highest quality, freshest products possible.
To request a replacement, please return the damaged item with your receipt or proof of purchase to our office at [physical address]. We’ll ship a replacement out to you immediately.
If your items were a gift, just include the order number included in the packaging when you return the damaged item.
